In addition to in person (Face to Face) Counselling, I am also a fully trained and experienced Online & Telephone Counsellor so we can work from anywhere which suits you best.

Do you ever feel that you can’t see the wood for the trees? That you’d like someone walking side by side with you to help you find your path? That’s what counselling can give you.

Counselling is a process of being with you as you take the time to look around you, see what works for you, see what skills you already have in place, look at the things that are holding you back and develop new behaviours that support the outcomes you want, and find your way out of the woods.

Person-centred counselling is non-judgemental, non-directive. A safe place with someone on your side where you can take a breath, regroup, and see what matters most to you right now.

I aim to provide a safe and confidential space in which you and I can explore and address your difficulties, so you may find a more fulfilling way of being in the world. I work in a collaborative and creative way, drawing on the skills and range of therapeutic interventions I have learnt over the course of my career to support this work. I work with diversity and with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I have understanding of some of the challenges individuals can experience and I am both welcoming of difference and open to exploration where the client wishes. Central to my work is understanding and working from your unique perspective and values in order to support you to find a way forward that fits for your unique situation.
